A small group of international wine connaisseurs have developed the informal habit of meeting at the Port Palace to discuss wine and Champagne and to tell stories about their recent discoveries and wine tasting experiences.

Over the past five years, their gatherings became regular on a monthly basis.  So the Chief sommelier who attends these gathering suggested to the Port palace Management the idea of formally creating a Club to be called Wine Establishment.

Members of the gathering thought that none would want to join as this is so advanced that it would be boring to many. We simply decided to put it to the public.  Would you like to join the Wine Establishment ?  If so please let us know by email with your thoughts. 

We will then put together a solid proposal and come back to all of you. As a gesture, all contributors will obtain the title of founding member with special privileges.  Of course members need not be monaco residents.
