IMPORTANT HYGIENE NOTICE
With respect to governmental guidelines from the Monaco Government Health Authority and the Control Bureau Guidelines, the hotel has benefitted from a deep, professional, anti-bacterial sanitation process. There is also a certificate confirming health compliance and registration.
A thorough deep clean will be performed before guests’ arrival and subsequent to their departure. Guests are therefore reassured of heightened levels of hygiene at all times and regular sanitisation of all areas and rooms including public areas, kitchen, dining areas, fitness and spa.
Sanitation Stations and gels are readily accessible in public areas and on all floors near the elevators.
All revised governmental guidelines are immediately implemented and the staff continue to receive updated training with respect to latest protocol and recommendation. Social distancing will be essential in all areas of the hotel where people gather and whilst using amenities.
The executive team’s highest priority is the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff at the Port Palace Hotel, therefore guidelines are being constantly updated. Notices will be displayed in public areas and upon arrival at the hotel.
If your country is not part of the European Union or you come from Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Saint-Martin, Switzerland, or Vatican who have had more than 60 cases per 100,000 people per week, according to the site www.ecdc.europa.eu/en/cases-2019-ncov-eueea, you should provide a PCR test with a negative result carried out 72 hours prior to your arrival in Monaco or to make the test on site, involving confinement pending the result or the instructions from the Director of Health Action of the Principality of Monaco. A form will be given to you to complete upon arrival.
