With restaurants in Monaco, St. Petersburg and Moscow, fish and seafood is carefully sourced and the best produce, including rare products, are selected from the daily catch. Guests can choose their preferred fish from the counter or tank where it is kept fresh to ensure the most delicate flavour befitting of the most discerning of palates. Whether a preference for raw, salt-crusted or grilled, the chefs cater for all tastes.

Signature dish 'The Crudo' is inspirational in its breathtaking and elegant presentation. Mainly seabass, seabream or langoustines, the meal is complemented with a subtle marinade which enhances the natural flavours of both the fish and sea. Other featured dishes include the seafood platter where preferred fish and seafood can be selected by the guest as an alternative to the restaurant's recommendation and always, complemented with the finest chilled, Russian vodka and Beluga caviar.

La Maree is featured on the 6th floor of the hotel as the main restaurant and can be accessed either via the hotel or directly from Avenue d'Ostende. The restaurant has beautiful views across the Harbour and the world famous super yachts. Alternatively and slightly less formal, La Maree is also the roof top restaurant if preferring to embrace the Monaco sunshine whilst savouring a menu of marine, culinary delights.

Although specialising in fish and seafood, the restaurant also caters for vegetarians.

A full service is offered from midday to midnight.
